Ospreys are generally solitary birds and do not form large flocks or groups. However, they can be social with certain other bird species in certain circumstances.
Ospreys are known to share feeding areas with other bird species. This is because these birds also feed on fish and are attracted to the same areas as Ospreys. Outside of the breeding season, Ospreys may roost in trees or on other structures alongside other bird species.
The large, prominent nests of Ospreys may attract other bird species which may nest nearby or use the Osprey nest for perching or roosting.
